    • I have read and understand the student requirements for participation in the La Verne & Partner College Transfer Admission Guarantee.
    • I have read and understand all of the requirements for admission to the University of La Verne under the Transfer Admission Guarantee.
    • I understand that I am eligible for the TAG scholarship only if I have completed a minimum of 28 college-level transferable units from Partner College with a GPA of 2.7 or greater and with a cumulative admission GPA of a 2.7 or greater from all colleges attended.
