We are pleased to host the fifth annual Southern California Lovin’ Tour from 17-22 July 2022. The tour will directly follow the International ACAC Summer Conference in Albuquerque, New Mexico. During this five-day tour, counselors will visit six colleges and universities in Southern California. Participating institutions include Orange Coast College, UC Irvine, UC Riverside, University of La Verne, and the University of Redlands. The tour will begin on Sunday with an opening dinner. Each day counselors will have the opportunity to visit one school. The program will end with a dinner on Friday and participants will be able to depart late Friday evening or Saturday morning. All participants will have single rooms. Attire is casual.
At the conclusion of the tour, counselors will gain an understanding of the higher education system in California. To be considered for the tour, please fill out the registration page below. Those selected for participation will be contacted individually.
This tour is open to international high school counselors, U.S.-based high school counselors who work with international students, and independent education consultants who work with international students. Commission-based agents are not eligible to participate in this tour.
The tour includes all lodging, most meals, activities, and transportation between universities and scheduled activities. Participants are responsible for airfare and transportation to and from the airport.
The priority deadline to apply is 1 April 2022.
