    Why ULV

I wanted to attend a university that would support me and see me for who I am. The day I came to visit ULV for the first time — it was National Decision Day — it was instantly proven that this is the school that supports its students. From individuals I've never met before knowing my name to the counselors recognizing me, I knew this is where I wanted to be.

Favorite Event or Tradition at the University

My favorite event is National Signing Day. Seeing all the new Leopards and being able to experience their excitement with their families is always a happy occasion to be a part of.

Favorite Place to Hang Out on Campus

My favorite spot on campus is the Ludwick Center. I feel this is a place where I get the most peace, whether it be after a final, taking an exam, or even just wanting to get out of my dorm.

What is one piece of advice you would give to an incoming student?

Push yourself out of your comfort zone sometimes, try new things, and if they don't work that is ok. Sometimes you have to make yourself uncomfortable to be comfortable.
