    Why ULV

I chose to attend the University of La Verne because I wanted a more personal and close-knit college experience. Coming from a large university, I was looking for a community where I could build stronger connections with professors, classmates, and the people around me.

ULV felt like a place where I could feel supported, grow both personally and academically, and truly be part of a community.

Favorite Spot on Campus or Tradition at the University

I like the Ludwick Center 3rd floor lounge because it’s the perfect spot to study but also rest in between classes.

What is one piece of advice you would give to an incoming student?

My biggest piece of advice for prospective students is to put yourself out there and don’t be afraid to ask questions. College is a new experience, and finding your community can take time.

Get involved, meet new people, and take advantage of the opportunities around you. You never know where they might lead!
