    On-the-Spot Admission Appointments

Students meet with an admissions counselor.

You don’t have to wait months to know if you are accepted to the University of La Verne. On-the-Spot Admission appointments are designed for undergraduate students who have a strong interest in the University of La Verne. During your appointment, you will have the opportunity to meet with a counselor who can give you an admission decision and go over next steps. Some On-the-Spot appointments are for students from specific high schools and others are open to any undergraduate applicant regardless of school.

To prepare for your On-the-Spot Admission appointment, you need to:

    • Submit your application through the La Verne Application or Common App at least four days before your appointment
    • Submit your personal statement to the application portal
    • Upload your unofficial transcripts to the application portal or have your school submit official transcripts to the university on your behalf
    • Prepare any other documents you feel enhance your application (test scores, recommendations) and have them ready to show the admission counselor (optional)
